The Aluf Plastics tagline is “our reputation in every bag” — as we are very committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing quality product. In the event there is a need to return product to Aluf Plastics, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. The Request for Return Merchandise Authorization email should include the Original Invoice Number, Date, Quantity, and Reason for Return. If a returned item is found to be defective or delivered damaged, returns with an RMA will be accepted at no outgoing freight charge and full credit will be applied to the customer’s next invoice. No credit will be given for custom/private label product, partially used packages or dead stock, unless defective. All products accepted for return must be in unopened boxes, in resalable condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee with no credit given for outgoing freight costs. After returned product is received in our warehouse, the amount paid for the product, less restocking fees (if applicable) will be credited on the customer’s next invoice. Claims for shortages must be noted on bill of lading at time of delivery.
